超声辅助法对亚麻籽油浸提条件的优化 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高亚麻籽的出油率,本研究采用超声辅助法提取亚麻籽油。对亚麻籽进行粉碎,采用正己烷浸提,加以超声辅助,并通过对料液比、超声时间、超声温度的改变进行单因素和正交试验,旋蒸分离出亚麻籽油对出油率进行测试。结果表明:料液比2∶6(g∶mL),超声时间50 min,超声温度35℃,在此条件下,得到较佳的亚麻籽的出油率为31.45%。 In order to improve the oil yield of flaxseed,ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flaxseed oil was used in this study.The flaxseed was crushed,extracted with n-hexane,assisted by ultrasound,and the oil yield was tested by single factor and orthogonal experiments with the change of material-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature.The results showed that:The optimum oil yield of flaxseed was 31.45%under the conditions of solid-liquid ratio of 2∶6(g∶mL),ultrasonic time of 50 min and ultrasonic temperature of 35℃.
