压榨玉米油溶剂残留量超标分析及关键控制点的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文综述了压榨玉米油溶剂残留量超标的原因及避免需要控制的关键点,分析了压榨玉米油中“溶剂残留量”随着温度的变化“溶剂残留量”的变化,将其加热到不同温度,并采用气相色谱仪测定“溶剂残留量”。结果表明:“溶剂残留量”会呈现先升高后下降的趋势,压榨玉米油温度在100℃以内溶剂残留量缓慢降低,110℃之后上升速率加快,在温度达到220℃时溶剂残留量最大,溶剂残留量又随着温度升高呈现了不同形式的下降趋势,直至未检出。同时探讨了导致压榨玉米油中“溶剂残留量”超标的可能因素,为压榨玉米油的“质量纠纷”提供了试验依据和技术参考。 In this paper,the causes of exceeding the standard of solvent residue in pressed corn oil and the key points to avoid need to be controlled were reviewed,the change of“solvent residue”in pressed corn oil with the change of temperature was analyzed,the change of“solvent residue”was heated to different temperatures,and the“solvent residue”was determined by gas chromatograph.The results showed that the“solvent residue”will increase at first and then decrease.When the temperature of pressed corn oil is less than 100℃,the solvent residue decreases slowly,and the rising rate increases after 110℃.When the temperature reaches 220℃,the solvent residue is the largest,and the solvent residue decreases in different forms with the increase of temperature trend until not detected.At the same time,the possible factors leading to the exceeding standard of“solvent residue”in pressed corn oil were discussed,which provided the experimental basis and technical reference for the“quality dispute”of pressed corn oil.
