酒精生产中卧螺离心机清液絮凝悬浮过滤工艺技术研究

摘要 酒精生产常用玉米为原料,在使用水稻及糙米原料后,离心机清液干物含量较高且难以固液分离,干物最高时达到9.5%以上,从而造成发酵回配清液量变小,浓浆总量变大,在正常产量下,现有干燥系统无法完成浓浆的添加,造成浓浆富余。通过对离心机清液添加絮凝剂进入专用沉降设备沉降后,清液干物含量降低28%以上,可从根本上解决发酵回配清液量小、清液干物含量高造成浓浆富余等问题。 Corn is often used as raw material in alcohol production.After using rice and brown rice as raw materials,the dry matter content of the clear liquid of centrifuge is high and difficult to separate solid from liquid.The highest dry matter content was above 9.5%.As a result,the amount of fermentation return clear liquid becomes smaller and the total amount of concentrated pulp becomes larger.Under the normal yield,the existing drying system can not complete the addition of concentrated pulp.Rich in pulp.By adding flocculant into the clearing liquid of centrifuge and settling in special settling equipment,the dry matter content of the clearing liquid can be reduced by more than 28%,which can fundamentally solve the problems of small amount of fermentation returned clearing liquid and high dry matter content of the clearing liquid resulting in thick pulp surplus.
