摘要
本文介绍了淀粉糖浆生产线中液化蒸发一体化的工艺设计,针对其与常规工艺的不同之处进行对比和分析,在结合实际工厂运行消耗参数的基础上,对采用本工艺后的经济效益进行计算分析,从而体现了采用液化蒸发一体化工艺后的经济优势。
This article has designed the“Liquefaction&Evaporation integrated system”for the starch glucose production line.And also make the difference comparison and analysis with the original process.At last with the running operation consumption from project factory,to make Economic benefit calculation and analysis,for showing the economic advantage of this integrated system.
