摘要
针对风电场有功功率调度存在功率输出偏差大、波动剧烈和变桨机构频繁动作的问题,提出一种基于风电机组功率调节能力的风电场有功功率分配策略。该控制策略将机组分为优先调节机组和次优先调节机组,再将优先调节机组分为变速调节和变桨调节。在风电场有功功率分配时,优先考虑变速调节,再考虑变桨调节,对机组进行有功功率分配。对10台永磁同步风电机组进行有功功率分配仿真研究。仿真结果表明,与常规有功功率分配算法相比,提出的算法风电场有功功率输出偏差小、输出平滑,并有效减少机组变桨机构执行动作。
Aiming at the active power output deviation,volatility and the frequent action of variable pitch mechanism of conventional algorithm for active power dispatching in wind farm,a wind farm active power allocation strategy based on the power regulation capability of wind turbines was proposed.The control strategy was based on the power regulation mechanism of wind turbines,and the wind turbines were classified into priority dispatching units and sub optimal dispatching units.The regulation ability of the priority dispatching unit was divided into variable speed regulation ability and pitch regulation ability.The active power allocation of wind farm took the variable speed regulation capacity into account first,and then the active power distribution of the unit was taken into account when the pitch regulating capacity was considered.On the simulation platform,the active power allocation of ten permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines was studied.The simulation results show that compared with the conventional active power allocation algorithm,by the algorithm presented,the wind power output deviation is small,smooth output,and the set of pitch actuator action is reduced effectively.
