教师的学术领域如何影响课程决策?

摘要 文章在分析现有相关研究成果和访谈有关教师基础上,详尽地阐述了教师的学术领域对他们课程决策和开发的影响。文章讨论了学科和领域之间的区别,主要领域的特征,以及教师学术领域如何以及为何会影响任课教师对知识本质、教育目的、教学科目和项目目标、教学内容编排以及教学的理解。意识并且注意到学术领域之间的平衡,对于创建有效的学术计划(即通常所说的高校课程)是必要的。最大化各领域内部和各领域之间的关联,对高校课程进行有意识的设计,将进一步提高教学科目和项目计划的整合性和相关性。 Based on earlier research and interviews with interviews with instructors and faculty members,this study indicates that the academic fields in which instructors teach exert a very strong influence on their decisions about curricula.This study discusses the main differences between academic fields and discipline,features of key disciplines,and how and why instructors’academic fields have a profound influence on the nature of knowledge,the purpose of education,course and program goals,content sequencing,and instruction.The study also emphasizes that maintaining the balance between various academic fields is necessary to develop an effective academic plan.Further,it suggests that maximizing the connections between academic fields and disciplines and designing university curricula with a clear purpose will improve the consistency and coherence of educational programs and courses.
