净出口技术复杂度提升与中国服务业增长

Net Export Sophistication and China’s Service Industry Growth

基于调整后的服务净出口技术复杂度指标,实证分析2000-2014年净出口技术复杂度提升对中国服务业增长的作用。结果表明:净出口技术复杂度提升对服务业增长有显著促进作用,但不同类型服务业所受影响存在差异,净出口技术复杂度对消费性服务业增长的促进作用显著,对生产性服务业影响的显著性相对较弱。产业发展环境、人力资本在促进服务业总体和分行业增长过程中也起着显著的正向作用。中国应当进一步完善服务业对外开放新格局,提升服务出口品质,并积极优化国内产业发展环境与要素供给,实现服务业的进一步增长。

This paper calculates China’s service export sophistication based on 2000-2014 service export domestic add value,and then analysis the action of the export sophistication among China’s service industry growth with the guide of Reverse Technology Spillovers.The result shows that the increasing net export sophistication prompts service industry growth obviously,but this galvanizing impact will be different while face the different types of service industry,the impact on consumer service industry is stronger than on producer service industry.Industry environment,human capitals also show the positive influence in all these efforts.For future growth of service,China should improve the level of service opening up and the export quality,optimize the development environment and promote factor supplying.
