创业导向、战略柔性及国际化程度影响企业绩效的组态分析

通过对江苏地区117个国际化企业进行问卷调查,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,对其国际化程度、创业导向及战略柔性对企业绩效的混合影响效应进行分析和研究,得到3个高绩效前因组态和3个低绩效前因组态。研究结果表明,在国际化企业中,获得良好绩效的企业往往是国际化程度较高并拥有较高战略柔性的企业。在企业国际化进程中,当企业国际化程度较高时,企业应在发挥战略柔性作用的同时,适当提高冒险精神,敢于承担风险;当企业国际化程度较低时,企业应充分发挥创新性和前摄性的作用,降低风险承担性。

We conducted a questionnaire survey among 117 international enterprises in Jiangsu Province, and use the fuzzy-set qualitative analysis method to analysis the mixed effect of internationalization degree, entrepreneurship orientation and strategic flexibility on firm performance. Compare the 3 high performance configuration and 3 low performance configuration, we find that, firstly, firms that gain good performance are often with both higher degree of internationalization and strategic flexibility. Secondly, when the degree of internationalization of firms is high, firms should enhance risk-taking while exerting the role of strategic flexibility properly in the process of internationalization. Thirdly, when the degree of internationalization is low, enterprises should give full play to the role of innovation and proactiveness, and reduce risk-taking at the same time.
