IT能力调节作用下网络交互媒介使用对企业间信息分享的影响研究

The Impact of Internet Interactive Media on Inter-Organization Information Sharing with the Moderation of IT Capability

以技术工具的能供性和企业间网络交互策略的相关研究为基础,分析企业间网络交互媒介--跨组织信息系统和社会化媒体的使用对企业间信息分享及双方合作绩效的影响,重点探讨企业的IT能力(包括IT设备能力和IT使用能力)对两种交互媒介的使用与信息分享之间关系的调节作用。基于509份中国制造企业的调研数据,发现两种网络交互媒介的使用对企业间信息分享均有正向影响,信息分享对企业间合作绩效有正向影响。调节检验结果显示,IT设备能力能增强跨组织信息系统使用对信息分享的正向影响,而IT使用能力能增强社会化媒体使用对信息分享的正向影响。

Based on the affordance of technologies and the literature of Internet interactive strategies, this study analyzes how usage of Internet interactive media(including inter-organizational systems and social media) impacts information sharing between enterprises and cooperation performance, and further discusses how IT capability(including IT infrastructure capability and IT usage capability) moderates the relationship between the use of interactive media and information sharing. Using survey data of 509 manufacturing firms operating in China, we find that both types of Internet interactive media have positive influences on information sharing, and that information sharing has a positive impact on cooperation performance. At the same time, the result reveals that IT infrastructure capability would strengthen the positive effect of inter-organizational systems on information sharing, while IT usage capability would strengthen the positive effect of social media on information sharing.
