新媒体环境对大学生身体活动与运动技术习得影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 新媒体深刻地改变着大学生的信息获取方式,其中大学生的身体活动与运动技能习得方式在新媒体的使用背景下发生一些改变。运用问卷调查并结合半结构化访谈的方法,收集相关数据,探讨新媒体环境对大学生身体活动以及运动技术习得方式的具体影响,并分析了在新媒体环境下大学生身体活动与运动技术习得方式的关联性。研究发现:新媒体环境下学生身体活动与运动技术习得的心理动机主要包括减肥、健体、社交三方面;新媒体环境下大学生的身体活动和运动技能习得方式存在关联性。提出应合理引导大学生的身体活动与运动技术习得方式,加强新媒体在大学生运动技术习得中的应用等对策。 New media has profoundly changed the way of information acquisition of college students and exerted a huge impact on their learning and life style.Among them,physical activities and acquisition of sports technology of college students have been changed under the background of the use of new media.With the method of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview,relevant data were collected.This paper explored the specific impact of new media environment on college students’physical activity and acquisition mode of sports technology,and the correlation between physical activity and acquisition mode of sports technology of college students in the new media environment.The study found that as the frequency of physical activity declined,so did the number of students who innovated the acquisition modes of exercise technology.At the same time,the psychological motivation of students’physical activity and sports technology acquisition in the new media environment was mainly attributed to three aspects,including weight loss,fitness and social interaction.Furthermore,some corresponding strategies were proposed:guiding college students’physical activity and acquisition mode of sports technology reasonably;strengthen the application of new media in college students’acquisition of sports technology.
