太极拳锻炼对警察轻度抑郁、焦虑的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究目的:探究太极拳锻炼对警察轻度抑郁焦虑状态的影响效果和价值。研究方法:在哈尔滨市区内招募在职警察105名,随机分为太极组、快走组和对照组,分别于实验前、实验24周后,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评三组实验对象的心理状态。研究结果:实验24周后,太极组、快走组SDS、SAS得分显著性降低(P<0.05),其中太极组与实验前相比,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);太极组SDS、SAS得分显著低于快走组(P<0.05),非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01),快走组SDS、SAS得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结论:太极拳能够有效降低警察的轻度抑郁、焦虑的状态,其效果优于快走运动。 Objective:We investigated the effect and value of Tai Chi on mild depression and anxiety of the policeman.Methods:105 policemen were recruited in Harbin city and randomly divided into Tai Chi group,brisk walking group and control group.Before and 24 weeks after the experiment,the psychological state of the three groups of subjects was assessed by self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).Results:After 24 weeks of experiment,SDS and SAS scores were significantly reduced in the Tai Chi group and the brisk walking group(P<0.05).Otherwise,SDS and SAS scores of Tai Chi group are significantly lower than before the experiment(P<0.01).SDS and SAS scores of the Tai Chi group were significantly lower than those of the brisk walking group(P<0.05),and very significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).SDS and SAS scores of the brisk walking group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tai Chi can effectively reduce the police mild depression and anxiety.And Tai Chi is better than fast walking exercise in terms of improving anxiety and depression.
