摘要
农村地区留守儿童的“精神扶贫”相对于物质扶贫更为必要和迫切,而教育则是推进精神扶贫最有效的途径之一,是保证贫困地区儿童身心健康成长的关键。本文以河北省为例,从教育扶贫视角深入探究了留守儿童精神扶贫的制约因素,发现政府政策、管理主体、教育资源、师资素质、家庭监护等是主要原因。基于此,本文探索了留守儿童精神扶贫的内部结构,并结合目前的制约因素,从政府、社会、家庭、学校四个方面提出了具体而有针对性的对策和建议,以期深入推动河北省以及全国农村留守儿童扶贫事业的发展。
The“spiritual poverty alleviation”for the left-behind children in rural areas is more necessary and urgent than material poverty alleviation.And education is one of the most effective ways to promote spiritual poverty alleviation and the key to ensure the healthy growth of children in poverty-stricken areas.Taking Hebei Province as an example,this paper probes into the restrictive factors of spiritual poverty alleviation for left-behind children from the perspective of poverty alleviation through education,and finds that the main restrictions come from government policies,management subjects,educational resources,teachers’quality,family guardianship and so on.Based on this,the study explores the internal structure of left-behind children's spiritual poverty alleviation,and puts forward specific and targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the four aspects of government,society,family and school in order to promote deeply the development of poverty alleviation for the left-behind children in Hebei Province and the whole country.
