在高寒地区对大坝基础进行固结灌浆施工时,需严格按照相关规范规程及已研究制定适应高寒条件的施工流程与工艺进行灌浆。在灌浆前应准备充足而合格的灌浆材料;在施工过程中对各种参数与工序进行全面的分析与最优化;在冬季施工时,对拌合水温、水泥浆液温度应严格控制,对灌浆水管、水泵等设备及施工场地均应做好保温措施,从而确保大坝基础固结灌浆的质量。

For the consolidation grouting of the dam foundation in high and cold area in Xizang, special construction process and technology should be formulated and implemented in strict accordance with the relevant specifications and regulations. Sufficient and qualified grouting materials should be prepared before the grouting. Comprehensive analysis and optimization of the grouting parameters and procedures should be carried out during the construction process. For grouting construction in winter, the mixing water temperature and the cement slurry temperature should be strictly controlled, and proper thermal insulation of the grouting pipe, pump and construction site should be provided to ensure the quality of the dam foundation consolidation grouting.
