高原地区砂石、混凝土系统工期优化措施综述

摘要 西藏DG水电站地处高原峡谷,特殊的气候条件对砂石混凝土系统建设影响较大。在工程建设中,通过组织、技术、经济、合同管理等措施,克服了低温、强风、干燥及日照时间短等对施工的影响,合理解决了工期短、工程量大、场地狭窄施工干扰较大、物资供应周期较长且不稳定等一系列难题,将项目原计划工期22个月缩短至12个月,并保证了工程建设质量。 Xizang DG Hydropower Station is located in a plateau canyon. The special climate conditions have a great influence on the construction of the aggregate and concrete system. Thus, various organization, technical, economical, contract management measures are taken in the construction to overcome the influences of low temperature, strong wind, dryness and short sunshine time. With these measures, difficulties such as short construction schedule, large construction work quantity, severe construction interference due to limited construction site, long and unstable material supply period are reasonably solved. The original planned construction period of the project is shortened from 22 months to 12 months, and the construction quality is also guaranteed.
