摘要
针对某型号整流罩在生产过程中泡沫芯材的一次交验合格率低、返工率高的问题,运用精益六西格玛方法进行分析改进。对泡沫定型过程中存在的问题进行了界定,并测量产品的相关数据,分析当前的过程能力,然后运用工序流程图、过程失效模式及后果分析(PFMEA)等方法确定可能的影响因素,采用全因子分析、一般线性模型等方法查找关键影响因素,制定相应的改善措施,有效地解决了泡沫定型一次交验合格率低的问题。
Aiming at problems of low qualification rate and high rework rate of foam core material in the production process of a certain type of fairing, the Lean Six Sigma method is used for analysis and improvement. It is to define the problems in the foam shaping process, and analyze the current process capability, then use Process Mapping, Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis( PFMEA) to determine the possible influencing factors. The method of DOE and general linear model are used to find the important factors;and take effective measures to solve the problems of low qualification rate of foam stereotypes.
