摘要
针对火箭总装车间产品结构复杂、产品配套方式多样、总装工艺流程复杂、产品总装质量要求高等特点,构建了适用于火箭总装车间的制造执行系统(MES)。该系统在资源管理、任务调度、工艺管理、过程质量管理、统计分析等方面提出了有效的解决方案,对于提高火箭总装车间的生产管控能力和质量管理水平可发挥积极的作用。
Based on the characteristics of complicated structure, multiple supporting method, complex technology process, high quality demand, the paper puts forward to an MES for rocket final assembly workshop. It also provides the solutions which are effective for resource allocation, mission scheduling,technology management, process quality management and statistics analysis. The MES plays a positive effect for improving the ability of production control and quality management of rocket final assembly workshop.
