基于调查的中等职业学校课堂教学诊断与改进思考

摘要 学校教学工作的核心是课堂教学,课堂教学的质量直接关系人才培养的质量。为了提高课堂教学的质量,南京市莫愁中等专业学校立项了市级规划课题“基于‘大数据’的职业学校课堂教学诊断与改进实践研究”,试图利用信息技术手段把脉问诊课堂并不断优化改进。此研究报告是前期调查结果思考,课题组成员以南京市莫愁中等专业学校课堂为调查点,通过师生问卷、访谈和深入课堂观察,呈现中专课堂教学的基本现状,发掘其中存在的突出问题,并提出解决问题的有效对策,为后期的研究提供基础性实证。 Classroom teaching is the core of school teaching.The quality of classroom teaching is directly related to the quality of talent training.In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching,Nanjing Mochou Secondary Vocational School set up a municipal planning project"Diagnosis and Improvement of Classroom Teaching in Vocational Schools Based on the Big Data",trying to use information technology to pulse the classroom and optimize the improvement.This research report is the result of the preliminary investigation.The members of the research group take the classroom teaching of Nanjing Mochou Secondary Vocational School as the investigation point,present the basic situation of the classroom teaching of secondary schools through the questionnaires,interviews and in-depth classroom observation of the teachers and students,explore the existing outstanding problems,and put forward effective countermeasures to solve the problems,so as to provide basic empirical evidence for the later research.
