基于数据挖掘技术分析古代文献中针灸治疗不孕经穴运用规律

Data Mining Analysis on Acupoints Selection Rules of Ancient Acupuncture for Infertility

目的分析古代文献中针灸治疗不孕的经穴选用特点和规律,为现代临床针灸治疗不孕选穴提供古代文献依据。方法以《中华医典》(第5版)所收录的前秦至清末中国古代医家所著的综合性医著、医经文献和针灸专著为研究对象,检索有关针刺治疗不孕的古代文献条文。根据既定的文献纳入标准和剔除标准,筛选出137条符合条件的古籍条文,建立以腧穴为主的Excel数据库,运用中国中医科学院中药研究所提供的"中医传承辅助系统"(V2.5)软件,以数据挖掘技术探讨古代文献中针刺治疗不孕的经穴运用规律。结果古代文献中针灸治疗不孕共出现43个腧穴,十四经穴占37个;应用频次前5位的腧穴分别是关元、中极、然谷、涌泉和商丘;选穴多取自任脉与足少阴肾经;选取腧穴集中分布在下腹部、下肢远端;所选特定穴类别以交会穴、五输穴和募穴为主。结论针灸治疗不孕的选穴注重选用任脉和足少阴肾经腧穴,突出腧穴远近配合使用,重视多经交会穴、五输穴和募穴应用,强调辨经辨证相结合。

Objective:To analyze the acupoint selection characteristics and rules of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of infertility in ancient literature,and to provide ancient literature for modern clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.Methods:Base on Chinese Medical Classics(5 th,edition)including comprehensive medical works,medical classics literature and acupuncture works by ancient Chinese physicians from pre-Qin period to the late Qing dynasty,the articles regarding acupuncture and moxibustion for infertility were retrieved.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the eligible ancient literature articles were screened out and the Excel database based on acupoints was established.By traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5)provided by the institute of Chinese material medica China academy of Chinese medical sciences,the data mining technology was applied to analyze the meridian acupoints selection rules of ancient literature for treatment of infertility.Results:Totally of 137 articles on acupuncture treatment of infertility in ancient literature were selected,43 acupoints including 37 points of the fourteen channels,and the top five frequencies were Guangyuan(CV4),Zhongji(CV3),Rangu(KI2),Yongquan(KI1)and Shangqiu(SP5).The frequently used acupoints mainly distributed in Ren Meridian and Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin.The selected acupoints are mainly concentrated in lower abdomen and the ends of lower limbs.The acupoints are mainly crossing acupoints,five-shu points,and front-mu points.Conclusion:According to the data mining of ancient literature,the acupoints of Ren Meridian and Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin should be selected for acupuncture treatment of infertility.The application of crossing acupoints,five-shu points,and front-mu points are emphasized.The acupoints should be used in close and far cooperation.
