Research and Practice on Improving the Educational Management Level of Minority Students in Universities

当前,高校普遍加大了对少数民族地区的招生力度,已成为培养少数民族学生发展的主渠道.绝大部分少数民族大学生思想主流积极向上,自觉遵守国家法律和校纪校规,珍惜学习机会,与其他同学和睦相处.但是也有一些少数民族学生由于地缘、文化等各种因素的影响,存在学业、经济等困难,对校园稳定工作产生了一定的影响,对少数民族学生教育管理工作提出了挑战.

With the rapid development of higher education in China,more and more minority students have entered colleges and universities.The majority of minority college students are active in the mainstream of thinking,consciously abide by national laws and school rules,cherish learning opportunities,and live in harmony with other students.However,some minority students have difficulties in academic and economic development due to various factors such as geography and culture.They have had a certain impact on the stability of the campus and pose challenges to the education management of minority students.
