摘要
目的:以"人体解剖学"为例探讨文理科生医学专业课学习能力的差异,寻求更加合理有效的教学模式.方法:以我校2017级护理专业203名学生作为研究对象,统一采用大班授课,应用SPSS19.0对期末成绩进行描述和分析.结果:文理科生的平时成绩和实践成绩相差不大;对于理论成绩和综合成绩,理科生成绩优秀的分布人数以及成绩中位数均高于文科生,对于二者的平均值,理科生高于文科生,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:文科生在学习"人体解剖学"时存在学习困难的现象,考核成绩相比于理科生较低.
Objective:Exploring the difference of learning ability between liberal arts and science students in medical major courses to seek more reasonable and effective teaching mode.Methods:203 nursing major students were taken as the research objects,and they were taught in large mixed class.Finally,the period end results were described and analyzed with SPSS19.0.Result:For theoretical and comprehensive results,the number of excellent students in science and the score's median were higher than those of liberal arts students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liberal arts students have difficulties when they study"Human Anatomy",and their examination results are lower than those of science students.
