A Summary of Research on Nursing Students’ Humanistic Care Ability

护理人文关怀是护理理论和实践的重点,这一概念自提出后就备受学者青睐。本文阐述了护理人文关怀的相关概念,结合我国护生的人文关怀能力现状,探讨目前在课程思政的背景下,高校应如何培养和提升护生的人文关怀能力,以期为护理教育者和护理管理者提供参考。

Nursing humanistic care is the focus of nursing theory and practice.This concept has been favored by scholars since its introduction.This paper expounds the related concepts of nursing humanistic care,and discusses how the colleges and universities should cultivate and enhance the humanistic care ability of nursing students in the context of course-based ideological and political education,combining the current situation of humanistic care ability of nursing students in China,in order to provide reference for nursing education and management workers.
