In order to ensure long-term effective operation,enterprises should raise their awareness of disasters and have the ability to effectively prevent and handle crises.Taking the Boeing Company as an example,this paper focuses on the types and principles of crisis management,analyzes the crisis faced by the Boeing Company in detail and puts forward corresponding suggestions.It hopes to have certain enlightenment on the crisis management of domestic enterprises.
