Functional Orientation and Quality Improvement of Academic Journals in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

在以往研究的基础上,系统分析新时代背景下高校学术期刊的发展现状,指出在当前环境下,高校学术期刊应充分认清自身功能和作用的变化,为高校教学科研工作服务的同时,依托高校科研资源与人才优势,实现与高校之间的良性互动;高校学术期刊应立足实际情况,有选择地走专业化和特色化之路;高校学术期刊还应提高运用新媒体的能力,促进媒体融合发展,打破学科和栏目的限制,扩大期刊的传播范围,提高其传播效率及社会影响力;从联合办刊的视角,有选择地加强高校学术期刊之间的合作与资源共享,共同提高办刊水平;立足于期刊内容质量,优化编辑工作流程,提高编辑工作效率,加强编辑人才队伍建设,促进高校学术期刊的长远发展。

On the basis of previous studies,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of academic journals in colleges and universities under the background of the New Era,and points out that under the current environment,academic journals in colleges and universities should fully recognize the changes in their functions,serve the teaching and scientific research work in colleges and universities,and upgrade themselves by relying on the advantages of scientific research resources and talents in colleges and universities.The academic journals in colleges and universities should not blindly take the road of specialization and should gradually improve the level of specialization according to their own actual situation;academic journals in colleges and universities should also improve the ability to use new media,promote the integration and development of the media,break the restrictions of disciplines and columns.From the perspective of joint publication,we should selectively strengthen the cooperation and resource sharing among academic journals in colleges and universities to jointly improve the academic level of journals;Base on the quality of journals,optimizing editorial work flow and improving editorial efficiency can help us promote the long-term development of academic journals in colleges and universities.
