提高学生实践创新能力视角下的高校仪器设备管理创新

Innovation of Instrument and Equipment Management in Universities from the Perspective of Improving Students’ Practical Innovation Ability

实验室装备水平在同类高校中位居前列,但曾经管理使用效益却不尽人意,其主要原因是管理体制不尽完善,管理模式存在局限,管理运行水平较低,缺乏严格的科学论证,未将运行、保养、维修经费纳入预算,管理技术队伍明显不足等。为了提高学生实践创新能力,通过严格仪器设备采购论证,建立大型仪器共享平台,加强开放实验平台建设,鼓励学生使用,建立激励机制,加强绩效考核,开展有偿服务等举措加强实验室建设,为学生提供优质的创新创业环境,提高了仪器设备的使用效益。

The level of laboratory equipment is in the forefront of similar universities,but the efficiency of management and use is not satisfactory.The main reasons are that the management system is not perfect,the management mode is limited,the level of management and operation is low,the lack of strict scientific demonstration,the operation,maintenance and maintenance funds are not included in the budget,and the management of technical team is not perfect.In order to improve the students'practical and innovative ability,we should strengthen the laboratory construction by strictly verifying the purchase of instruments and equipment,establishing a large-scale instrument sharing platform,strengthening the construction of open experimental platform,encouraging students to use it,establishing an incentive mechanism,strengthening performance appraisal,and developing paid services,so as to provide a better environment of innovation and entrepreneurship for students,which improves the use efficiency of the instrument and equipment.
