关于完善农业园区科技支撑政策体系的探讨——以江苏南京白马现代农业高新技术产业园区为例

On Improving the Policy System of Science and Technology Support in Agricultural Parks——Taking Baima Modern Agricultural High Tech Industrial Park in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province as an Example

该文简要论述了农业园区科技支撑政策体系的构成及功能,并以江苏南京白马现代农业高新技术产业园区科技支撑政策体系建设为例,分析了科技支撑政策体系建设的现状及存在的问题,针对科技支撑政策体系不完善、财政扶持领域单一、政策缺乏可操作性、科技成果应用重视不够等问题,提出了构建结构合理、前后紧密关联的科技支撑政策体系的对策建议。

This paper briefly discusses the structure and function of the science and technology support policysystem of agricultural park,and takes the construction of science and technology support policy system of Baima modern agricultural high tech Industrial Park in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province as an example,analyzesthe current situation and existing problems of the construction of science and technology support policy system,aiming at the imperfection of the science and technology support policy system,the single financial support field,the lack of operability of policy,and the success of science and technology. In this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to build a scientific and technological support policy system with reasonable structure and close relationship between before and after.
