基于互联网+的输电线路全民护线消缺模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Eliminating Deficiency Mode of National Protection Line for Transmission Lines Based on Internet Plus

南方电网超高压公司管辖输电线路长达20000 km,遍及贵州、云南、广西、广东、海南等五省区,具有点多、面广、跨度大的特点。随着输电线路逐年运行,近年来,线路本体及线路通道内的缺陷隐患呈现上升趋势,尤其是线路通道树障隐患,数量多、生长快、协调难、清理难度大。针对这一问题,该文提出了基于互联网+技术,依托“后台技术支撑+海量机巡数据支撑+制度支撑”核心技术构建平台,通过流程重塑,打通派工、协调、消缺、验收和移动支付链路等方式,整合沿线护线资源,充分发挥沿线群众的社会关系和区位优势,形成全民护线消缺模式。该消缺模式通过整合沿线护线资源,大大提高了护线人员网络密度,实现了劳务在线支付,为智能技术背景下的输电运维模式转型提供了参考案例。

The transmission lines under the jurisdiction of CSG EHV Power Transmission Company are 20,000km long,covering five provinces and regions including Guizhou,Yunnan,Guangxi,Guangdong and Hainan,with the characteristics of many points,wide area and large span.With the transmission line running year by year,in recent years,the hidden dangers of defects in the line itself and in the line channel are on the rise,especially the hidden dangers of tree obstacles in the line channel,which are large in number,fast in growth,difficult in coordination and difficult in cleaning.In response to this problem,this paper proposes a platform based on Internet Plus technology,relying on the core technology of“backstage technology support+data support for mass aircraft patrol+system support”,through the process of reshaping,gets through the dispatch,coordination,elimination,acceptance and mobile payment link,integrates the line protection resources,and gives full play to the social relations and location advantages of the people along the line,so as to form a eliminating deficiency mode of national protection line.By integrating the line protection resources along the line,the eliminating deficiency mode greatly improves the network density of the line protection personnel,realizes the online payment of labor services,and provides a reference case for the transformation of transmission operation and maintenance mode under the background of intelligent technology.
