电网公司应急指挥中心建设关键设备技术应用的探讨

Discussion on Technology Application of Key Equipment in the Construction of Power Grid Emergency Command Center

自然灾害的发生给电网和设备带来了严峻考验,严重影响了电网的正常运行。为提高电网抵御灾害的能力与安全运行的可靠性,有必要建设可靠的应急指挥中心,能够在遭受自然灾害时,提供应急处置与应急资源调度的指挥场所,控制和减少灾害造成的损失。笔者结合电网应急指挥中心的发展以及目前存在的问题,分析应急指挥中心的基础支撑系统,探讨显示系统和矩阵处理系统等关键设备的技术应用。

The occurrence of natural disasters has brought a severe test to the power grid and equipment,and seriously affected the normal operation of the power grid.In order to improve the ability of power grid to resist disasters and the reliability of safe operation,it is necessary to build a reliable emergency command center,which can provide command places for emergency disposal and emergency resource scheduling in case of natural disasters,and control and reduce the losses caused by disasters.Based on the development and existing problems of power grid emergency command center,this paper analyzes the basic support system of emergency command center,and discusses the technology application of key equipment such as display system and matrix processing system.
