乌江公司电力调度业务集中管理系统建设

摘要 乌江公司水电站远程集控中心负责下属9座电站电力调度、洪水调度和发电优化调度,下属9座电站共33台机组全部实现远程集控。乌江集控中心通过信息化手段实现电力调度业务集中管理,使调度业务流程化、标准化、表单化,并实现指标统计分析、报表计算生成。调度业务集中管理在提升工作效率的同时,也为梯级调度效益的提升提供必要的技术手段以及管理决策支撑。 The remote centralized control center of the hydropower station of Wujiang company is responsible for the power dispatching,flood dispatching and power generation optimization dispatching of 9 subordinate hydropower stations,and 33 units of 9 subordinate hydropower stations are all remote centralized control.Wujiang centralized control center realizes centralized management of power dispatching service by means of information technology,makes dispatching service process,standardization and form,and realizes index statistical analysis and report calculation generation.The centralized management of dispatching service not only improves the work efficiency,but also provides necessary technical means and management decision support for the promotion of cascade dispatching efficiency.
