Suggestions on Upgrade and Transformation of Water Dispatching Automation System of Intelligent Hydropower Plant

建设智慧水电厂是水电企业在能源互联网时代的必然发展趋势,需要对包括水调自动化系统在内的相关技术支持系统或平台,进行智能化、智慧化升级改造。笔者分析了水电厂水调自动化系统的现状,以及普遍存在的不足,结合当前行业对“智慧水电厂”的定义,提出了今后智慧水电厂水调自动化系统的结构和功能的改造建议,为智慧电厂水调自动化系统建设提供参考。

The construction of intelligent hydropower plant is an inevitable development trend of hydropower enterprises in the era of energy Internet.It is necessary to carry out smart and intelligent upgrade and transformation of the relevant technical support system or platform,including the water dispatching automation system.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the water dispatching automation system of hydropower plants and the common shortcomings,combined with the definition of“intelligent hydropower plant”in the current industry,the author puts forward suggestions for the transformation of the structure and function of the water dispatching automation system of intelligent hydropower plants in the future,which provides a reference for the construction of the water dispatching automation system of intelligent hydropower plants.
