浅谈打键装置在大中型水轮发电机组磁极检修中的应用与前景

摘要 水轮发电机组磁极检修安装最重要的一个工序就是磁极键安装,笔者撰写文章的目的是为设计研发出一款可通用于各类大中型水轮发电机组磁极键安装的液压打键装置提供数据支持,从而实现磁极键打紧程度具体量化,缩短磁极键的安装时间,节约人力,保障施工安全,改进磁极安装的检修工艺,提高磁极安装的检修质量。笔者对构皮滩发电厂5号机组B修安装磁极进行介绍。在磁极键打紧这一工序中首次使用一种自制的手动打键装置,通过对其与人工打键这一传统模式的各种数据分析对比,结果证明手动打键装置比人工打键的方式在安全、效率等方面更具有优势,论证了设计研发这款可通用于各类大中型水轮发电机组磁极键安装的液压打键装置的可行性与必要性,以及其在今后智能化检修应用中的广阔市场前景。 The most important pocess of magnetic pole maintenance and insallation of hydrogenerator set i magnetie polekey insallation. The purpose of this paper is to provide data support for the design and development of a hydraulic keyingdevice that can be used for magnetic pole key insallation of various large and medium- sized hydrogenerator sets, so as torealize the specifie quanification of the tightening degree of the magnetic pole key, shorten the intallation time of magneticpole key, and save manpower to ensure the construetion safety. In this way, the maintenance process of magnetie poleinstallation can be improved and the maintenance quality of magnetic pole itsallation can be improved. This paper introducesthe insallation of magnetic pole in repair B of No.5 unit in Goupitan Power Plant. In the process of tightening the magneticpole key, a self- -made manual keying device is used for the first time. By analyzing the data comparison between the manualkeying device and the traditional mode of manual keystroke, the results show that the manual keying device has moreadvantages in safety and fficiency than manual keystroke. The feasibility and necessity of the design and development of ahydraulic keying device which can be used for the insallation of magnetic pole keys of all kinds of lage and medium- sizedhydrogenerator sets are demonstrated, and its application of itelligent maintenance in the future has a broad market prospect.
