摘要
岩滩水电站5号机组投产后,发电机的空气冷却器总体运行稳定,各项主要性能指标基本符合设计和运行要求,但在投运两年后数台冷却器相继出现了漏水问题,通过对冷却器的冷却铜管进行取样分析,发现是冷却铜管腐蚀穿孔导致漏水。为此,重新分析水电站的水源水质,优化空气冷却器冷却铜管壁厚及管径,改造后的空气冷却器运行效果良好,进一步提高了发电机冷却系统的安全性和可靠性。
After unit 5 of Yantan Hydropower Station was put into operation,the air cooler of the generator was in stable operation,and the main performance indexes basically met the design and operation requirements.However,after two years of operation,several coolers appeared leakage defects one after another.Through the sampling analysis of the cooling copper tubes of the coolers,it is found that the corrosion perforation of the cooling copper tube leads to water leakage.Therefore,the water quality of the water source of the hydropower station is re-analyzed,wall thickness and pipe diameter of cooling copper tube of the air cooler are optimized,and the modified air cooler works well,the safety and reliability of the generator cooling system are further improved.
