水轮发电机风洞内油污原因分析及处理

摘要 笔者从理论上分析了水电机组风洞内油污产生的各种原因,通过现场检查逐一验证理论分析,最终确定风洞内产生油污的原因是油封盖板密封结构存在缺陷,密封不严,导致风洞内产生油污。为了彻底解决油污污染问题,确保机组安全环保运行,将导轴承密封结构进行优化改造,改造后经过机组运行检验,风洞内油污问题得到处理。 The authors theoretically analyze various causes of oil pollution in the wind tunnel of the hydropower unit,and verify the theoretical analysis one by one through the on-site inspection.Finally,it is determined that the reason for oil pollution in the wind tunnel is that the sealing structure of the oil seal cover plate is defective and the sealing is not tight,resulting in oil pollution in the wind tunnel.In order to thoroughly solve the problem of oil pollution and ensure the safe and environmental protection operation of the unit,the seal structure of the guide bearing is optimized.After the transformation,the oil pollution problem in the wind tunnel has been solved after the unit operation inspection.
