河流湿地缓冲带边界不确定性探析 被引量:3

摘要 在系统总结河流湿地缓冲带边界研究现状的基础上,通过明确缓冲带的基本定义、结构特征和功能属性,分析河流本质属性、缓冲带生态指标和外界因子干扰等造成边界不确定性的影响因素,并将缓冲带的边界确定方法归纳为三大类别,即数学建模法、地理科学法和经验定值法。基于此,从最优宽度划定依据和生态恢复核心策略的角度探讨了缓冲带管护中的关键问题,建议中国结合不同河流湿地缓冲带的特点和具体条件,不断优化缓冲带边界的规划设计和尺度拓展模拟,使划定缓冲带边界的方法具有更高精度和可操作性,以期能为河流岸线的定量管理和划界确权提供参考与借鉴。 Based the systematic summary of the previous research on buffer zone boundary of river wetland,this paper analyzes the influencing factors that cause boundary uncertainty,of which include essential attributes of river,ecological indicators of buffer zone and external interference factors by specifying the basic definitions,structural features and functional attributes of the buffer zone,divides the method of determining the buffer zone boundary into three major categories,that is,mathematical modeling,geographical science and empirical valuation,discusses the key issues of buffer zone management and protection from the perspective of optimal width delimitation basis and core ecological restoration strategy,proposes to continuously optimize the planning,design and scale expansion of the buffer zone boundary according to the characteristics and specific conditions of buffer zone in different river wetland in China,to obtain the delimitation method of buffer zone boundary with higher precision and operability,and provide reference for the quantitative management,delimitation and right confirmation of river shorelines.
