溅射功率对碳纤维及C/C膜界面复合材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 室温下利用磁控溅射技术在碳纤维表面沉积碳膜,探究溅射功率对碳纤维及其复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:不同溅射功率改性后的碳纤维与改性前的碳纤维相比,石墨化程度、微晶尺寸均有一定程度的增大;随着溅射功率的增大,断裂强度和弯曲强度都呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,与改性前相比,断裂强度分别提高了27.14%(150W)、32.98%(250W)、18.89%(350W)、17.94%(450W),弯曲强度提高了28.66%(150W)、39.45%(250W)、8.49%(350W)、3.28%(450W);并且改性后的碳纤维增强复合材料在拉伸过程中会出现屈服阶段,不再是典型的脆性断裂,界面性能得到改善。 The carbon film was deposited on the surface of carbon fiber by magnetron sputtering at room temperature to investigate the effect of sputtering power on the properties of carbon fiber and its composites.The results show that the graphitization degree and the microcrystalline size of the carbon fiber modified with different sputtering power are increased to a certain extent compared with those of the carbon fiber before modification.With the increase of sputtering power,both the breaking strength and the bending strength show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Compared with the carbon fiber before modification,the breaking strength of the modified carbon fiber is increased by 27.14%(150W),32.98%(250W),18.89%(350W),17.94%(450W),respectively,and the bending strength is increased by 28.66%(150W)and 39.45%(250W),8.49%(350W),3.28%(450W);Moreover,the modified carbon fiber reinforced composites will appear a yielding stage during the stretching process,which is no longer a typical brittle fracture,and the interfacial properties are improved.
