基于人体穿着实验的男装腰袋位置和大小设计研究

Research on Position and Size Design of Men’s Waist Bag based on Human Body Wearing Experiment

为对男装结构纸样制版提供口袋位置和大小设计的参考依据,实验基于手臂长、手掌长度和手掌宽度的口袋位置和尺寸大小设计,得出手臂与口袋之间的舒适度关系。首先设计4组人体穿着实验,对175cm的成年男性进行不同实验的试穿,给出主观的舒适度评价分值,并进行客观的数据整理统计分析。结果表明:男装腰部口袋的舒适度受人体手臂、手掌的尺寸数据以及不同角度的影响,口袋的位置与角度有着密切的关系,可根据腰节长来定位,不同的倾斜角度有着对应的不同上下位置的最佳舒适位置,口袋的大小尺寸也可根据手掌的长度和围度进行计算设计。

In order to provide a reference for the design of the pocket position and size of the men's structural pattern plate,the experiment is based on the arm position and size of the arm length,palm length and palm width,and the comfort relationship between the arm and the pocket is obtained.Firstly,four groups of human body wearing experiments were designed.The 175cm adult males were subjected to different experiments,the subjective comfort evaluation scores were given,and objective data analysis and statistical analysis were performed.The results show that the comfort of the men's waist pocket is affected by the size data of the human arm and palm and different angles.The position and angle of the pocket are closely related.They can be positioned according to the length of the waist.Different inclination angles have corresponding differences.The most comfortable position of the position,the optimal size of the pocket can also be calculated according to the length and circumference of the palm.
