摘要 目的探讨低分子肝素钠治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月本院收治的过敏性紫癜患儿98例,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用低分子肝素钠治疗,比较两组治疗效果、临床症状消退时间、凝血功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组关节肿痛消退时间、皮肤紫癜消退时间、呕吐腹泻消退时间、D-二聚体(DD)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)低于对照组,凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血活酶时间(APTT)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钠可有效提高儿童过敏性紫癜治疗效果,加速临床症状消失时间,改善患儿的凝血功能,利于患儿康复。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of allergic purpura in children.Methods Ninety-eight children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment.The observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and clinical symptoms disappearance time and coagulation function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of relieving swelling and pain,the time of relieving skin purpura,the time of vomiting and diarrhea,D-dimer(DD),and fibrinogen(FIB)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;prothrombin time(PT)and thromboplastin time(APTT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin sodium can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,improve the coagulation function of children,and help children recover.
