系统化护理干预在甲状腺切除术患者中的应用

Application observation of systematic nursing intervention in patients with thyroidectomy

目的分析甲状腺切除术中系统化护理干预的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月至2017年6月在本院行甲状腺切除术的80例甲状腺疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行系统化护理干预,对比两组患者不同时间点心率、收缩压、并发症发生情况。结果对比两组术前心率、收缩压,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组对比,观察组手术开始时、术后心率、收缩压更低(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.50%,明显低于对照组的27.50%(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺切除术中系统化护理干预的应用效果显著,可推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in thyroidectomy.Methods A total of 80 cases with thyroid disease from August 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group accepted routine nursing care,and the observation group underwent systematic nursing intervention.The heart rate,systolic pressure,incidence of complications at different time points were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in heart rate and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower at the beginning and after surgery(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention in thyroidectomy is effective and can be extended.
