小组合作模式在食管癌查房教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨小组合作模式在食管癌查房教学中的应用效果。方法选择2016年3月至2018年3月本院放疗科16名护理人员作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各8名。对照组实施常规查房教学模式,观察组实施小组合作模式的查房教学,比较两组理论与操作技能评分、查房质量。结果干预后,观察组理论、操作技能、学习态度、临床工作能力培养、合作能力培养及临床教学能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小组合作模式可有效提高食管癌查房教学中护理人员理论与操作技能,改善查房质量,可行性高。 Objective To explore the effect of group cooperation model in the teaching of esophageal cancer rounds.Methods Sixteen nursing staff from the radiotherapy department of our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 8 in each group.The control group carried out routine ward rounds and the observation group carried out group cooperation rounds.The scores of theoretical and operational skills and quality of ward rounds were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,theoretical score,operational skill score,learning attitude,clinical working ability,cooperative ability and clinical teaching ability scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Group cooperation model can effectively improve nursing staff's theory and operation skills,improve the quality of ward rounds,and has high feasibility.
