盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的观察与护理体会

Effect of ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation and nursing care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)应用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗的疗效及护理体会,并观察患者的护理满意度和对生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2016年8月至2018年1月收治的COPD患者112例作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组各56例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在常规治疗和护理的基础上给予氧气驱动下雾化吸入盐酸氨溴素治疗,加之有针对性的护理。比较两组治疗和护理后的临床疗效,患者满意度和生活质量的改善情况。结果经治疗和合理的护理后,观察组总有效率为94.64%,对照组总有效率为78.57%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经有针对性的护理后观察组护理满意度为98.21%,对照组护理满意度为78.57%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索在氧气驱动下雾化吸入治疗COPD效果显著,能迅速改善患者的临床症状与体征,加之合理有效的护理干预可以提高患者对治疗的依从性,有利于COPD患者症状的缓解,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation therapy and nursing care for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to observe the nursing satisfaction of patients and the impact on quality of life.Methods A total of 112 cases of COPD admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,while the observation group was given oxygen-driven atomization inhalation of ambroxine hydrochloride on the basis of routine treatment and nursing,plus targeted nursing.Clinical efficacy,patients’satisfaction and quality of life improvement after treatment and nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment and reasonable nursing,the total effective rate of patients in the two groups was 94.64%in the observation group and 78.57%in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);After targeted nursing,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups was 98.21%in the treatment group and 78.57%in the control group.There was a significant difference in the nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride atomized inhalation with oxygen drive has a significant effect in the treatment of COPD,which can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.In addition,reasonable and effective nursing intervention can improve patients'compliance to treatment,which is conducive to the relief of symptoms of COPD patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
