摘要
以"互联网+""一带一路"和《中国制造2025》等为研究背景,从城市品牌、旅游文化、红色活动和新科技入手,分析辽宁省传承红色文化基因的基础,解读红色文化的释放思路、联通路径和设计理念,强化辽宁省红色坐标导向,探索唤醒红色热情、拉阔合作空间、促进产业结合、提升价值精度的红色文化发展新方式。
Taking the national advantage strategies such as "Internet+", "The Belt and Road" and "Made in China 2025" as the research background, this article analyzes the basis of inheriting red cultural genes in Liaoning Province from urban brands, tourism culture, red activities and new technologies. It interprets the release ideas, the path of unicom and the design concept of advantage strategies which leads red culture. It explores a new way of red cultural development that strengthens red coordinate orientation, awakens red enthusiasm, broadens cooperation space, promotes industrial integration, and enhances value accuracy.
