摘要
介绍并分析了区域创新绩效研究的现状和存在的问题;运用DEA方法,对辽宁省各地市区创新绩效情况进行初次评价;运用客观多属性综合评价方法,对初次评价结果进行二次评价;结合以上两种评价结果,对辽宁省各地市区域创新资源投入情况提出改进意见。
This article uses the DEA method to conduct an initial evaluation of the innovation performance of urban areas in Liaoning Province.Then using the objective multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation method, the initial evaluation results are evaluated for the second time. Based on the above results, suggestions for improvement of regional innovation resources investment in Liaoning provinces are proposed.
