The article discusses the "New College Entrance Examination" era selection system, which uses Internet technology and draws on the "Taobao-style" e-commerce operation mechanism to combine the selection requirements of colleges and universities, the actual situation of ordinary high schools and the students’ willingness to choose courses. It provides new ideas, methods and ways for the construction of the general high school elective system. It constructs the C2 C×B2 C course selection system platform, strengthens the career planning guidance function of the course selection system, and introduces a third-party platform to participate in maintenance and management, thus ensures the scientific nature of students’ course selection.
