摘要
[研究意义]运用表面肌电技术研究跑步状态的人体肌电反应可间接描述肌肉运动状态。[研究方法]选取8名年龄在20~25岁,体育训练年限6~10年的青年男性完成总时长54min的跑步实验,同时采集腹外斜肌、长收肌等16块人体下肢体表肌肉的肌电信号,通过时域和频域的分析方法探讨男子跑步状态下的各肌肉放电量、肌肉稳定性和疲劳度,[研究结果与结论]结果显示大腿前侧股四头肌、膝盖、小腿后侧腓肠肌为跑步动力主要来源且最易疲劳最需要压力保护,为需高压、高弹面料区;大腿后侧、后腰部、臀部运动过程中疲劳度较高,为需中压、高弹面料区;腹部、小腿前侧为低压、低弹面料区。由此可知肌肉力量爆发时的功能需求与合理的跑步裤结构设计有直接相关性,得到的跑步肌肉运动分区对功能跑步裤结构设计提供了理论依据。
Surface Electromyography can be used to study the human SEMG response in running state,which can indirectly describe the muscle movement state.Eight young men aged 20-25 and with 6-10 years of physical training were selected to complete a 54-minute running experiment,and at the same time,SEMG signals of 16 human lower extremity surface muscles,such as the External Oblique,Adductor Longus were collected.Through time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis,this paper explored each muscle discharge,muscle stability and fatigue degree in the running state.The results showed that the quadriceps,knee and posterior iliac muscles were the main sources of running power,most prone to fatigue and required high-pressure and high-elastic fabric for protection.The rear side of the thigh,the back waist,and the buttocks had a relatively high fatigue degree when exercising,so they required a medium-pressure and high-elastic fabric for protection.The front side of abdomen and calf needed low-pressure and low-elastic fabric.It can be concluded that the functional requirements of muscle strength outburst are directly related to the reasonable structure design of running pants,and the functional partition obtained from the experiment provides a theoretical basis for the design of functional running pants.
