快递包装材料中重金属元素的介绍与检测分析方法 被引量:4

摘要 快递包装材料本身及其生产过程中排放的有毒重金属给人们的身体健康和自然环境带来不可逆转的危害。研究快递包装材料中的有毒重金属元素是当代快递包装行业中的一个重要课题。本文首先对快递包装材料中有毒重金属的危害进行了介绍,分析了国内外对快递包装材料中有毒重金属元素的限量规定及进展。其次介绍并比较了几种现阶段主要测定重金属元素的检测方法。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP)及其衍生方法具有检出限低、样品消耗少及多元素同时检出等优点是目前的主流测试手段。 The express packaging materials themselves and the toxic heavy metals discharged in the production process bring irreversible harm to people’s health and natural environment.The study of toxic heavy metal elements in express packaging materials is an important topic in the express packaging industry.This paper first introduces the hazards of toxic heavy metals in express packaging materials,and analyzes the limit and progress of toxic heavy metals in express packaging materials at home and abroad.Secondly,several methods for detecting heavy metal elements are introduced and compared.Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP)and its derivatives with the advantages of low detection limit,less sample consumption and simultaneous detection of multiple elements are the main testing methods at present.
