中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎研究进展

Research Progress in Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori-associated Gastritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染为慢性胃炎最主要致病因素,根除Hp可显著改善胃黏膜炎性反应,目前西药杀菌治疗Hp根除率85%-94%,其疗效一直受到抗生素耐药及用药不良反应的影响。大量实验可证实部分中药具有抑杀Hp作用;部分临床研究亦表明,辨证应用中药或中西医结合治疗可显著提高Hp根除率,在改善临床症状、降低西药治疗副作用方面有明显优势,以期为进一步提高Hp相关性胃炎临床疗效提供参考。

Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is the most important cause of chronic gastritis.Eradication of Hp can significantly improve the gastric mucosal inflammatory response.At present,the eradication rate of Hp is 85-94%,and its efficacy has been resistant to antibiotics and adverse reactions of drugs and medications.A large number of experiments can confirm that some Chinese medicines have the effect of inhibiting Hp and some clinical studies have also shown that the differentiation application of traditional Chinese medicine or integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can significantly improve the Hp eradication rate.The traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms and reducing the side effects of western medicine,which will provide a reference for improving the clinical efficacy of Hp-related gastritis.
