摘要 以壳聚糖和二氧化钛为原料,制备了TiO 2/壳聚糖复合膜,并对复合膜进行了力学性能和结构性能表征分析,同时测试了复合膜对甲基橙、罗丹明B溶液清除效果。结果表明:TiO 2在复合膜中分布均匀,复合膜的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度随着其含量的增加而不断提高,但溶胀度随着TiO 2含量增加而降低。另外,甲基橙和罗丹明B溶液的去除率都随着TiO 2含量的增加而增加,且复合膜在紫外光氛围的清除效果明显强于日光氛围。 TiO 2/chitosan composite membrane was prepared by high speed shearing machine using Chitosan and titanium dioxide as raw materials.The tensile strength and breakage elongation of the composite membrane were improved with the increasing of content.It was found that titanium dioxide was distributed uniformly in the composite membrane,and the swelling degree of composite membrane was decreased with the increasing of the content of titanium dioxide.At the same time,the results showed that the removal efficiency was increased with the increasing of TiO 2 content in the solution of methyl orange and rhodamine B.And the removal rate was much higher in ultraviolet light than it in sunlight.
