摘要
为了提高造纸产品质量,降低生产成本,减轻环境污染影响,达到节能降耗,增强企业竞争力,只有采用先进的自动化控制系统对生产过程进行快速、精准的控制,才能使自动化水平高、纸机速度高的生产装备系统不断适应现代化生产的要求。以集散控制系统(DCS)、现场总线控制系统(FCS)为典型自动化控制系统在制浆造纸行业中逐步得到了广泛应用,代表了整厂集中控制的主要发展方向。
In order to improve the quality of paper-making products,reduce production costs,alleviate environmental pollution,achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,only by adopting advanced automation control system to control the production process quicky and accurately,can the production equipment system with high automation level and high speed of paper machine adapt to the requirements of modern production.With DCS and FCS as the typical automatic control systems,it has been widely used in pulp and paper industry,which represents the main development direction of centralized control of the whole plant.
