中医治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的研究进展

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)是一种以持续气流受限为特征的可以预防和治疗的疾病。根据临床表现,该疾病分为急性加重期和稳定期。COPD属中医学的“喘证”“哮证”“咳嗽”范畴。近年来,西医治疗COPD急性发作期疗效显著,得到大多数临床医生的普遍认可,而在治疗COPD稳定期呈现诸多副作用,远期疗效综合评估不满意。中医治疗COPD方面取得了很好的效果,尤其是在治疗COPD稳定期患者,其疗效调查问卷满意度远远大于西医疗法。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)is a kind of disease characterized by continuous airflow limitation that can be prevented and treated.According to clinical manifestations,the disease can be divided into acute exacerbation period and stable period.COPD belongs to the category of"asthma syndrome","asthma syndrome"and"cough"in traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of COPD in the acute onset period,which is generally recognized by most clinicians.However,many side effects are presented in the treatment of COPD in the stable period,and the comprehensive evaluation of long-term efficacy is not satisfied.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved very good results in the treatment of COPD,especially in the treatment of COPD patients in the stable period,the efficacy satisfaction questionnaire is far more better than western medicine therapy.
