摘要
信息化人才是高校信息化建设的有力保障,文章分析了高校信息化建设人才的特点,如:年龄和学历结构不合理、晋升空间不大、年轻人流动性大。针对高校信息化人才队伍建设面临的问题,结合同济大学信息化建设实例,提出了稳定高校信息化人才队伍的解决方案,如:细分内部结构、提升福利待遇、吸引高校资源、精选合作伙伴。
The professionals of informatization is a important guarantee of university informatization.This paper analyzes the characteristics of university informatization construction talents,e.g.unreasonable age and educational structures,limited room for promotion,and high mobility of young personnel.Based on the problems faced by the construction of informatization talents in colleges and universities,combined with the example of Tongji university informatization construction,this paper puts forward a solution to stabilize the informatization talent teamin colleges and universities,For example,subdivide the internal structure,promote welfare benefits,attract college students,and select high-class partners.
