大型民机飞机在环AIL集成验证技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前国内民机试验验证水平相对较低,铁鸟和航电等集成试验台投资大、研制周期长,且试验室集成无法安装试飞的试验设备,迫使现有飞机主制造商寻找新的集成验证手段降低成本。从飞机在环(AIL)定义和设计原则出发,借鉴国外飞机级集成验证试验经验,梳理出飞机在环综合验证技术路线和关键技术,提出一套飞机在环试验方案。该方案缩小了试验室试验与试飞试验之间的差距,为推进民机型号的研制进程以及开展全面、有效的全机系统机上地面试验提供理论支持与技术支撑,在国内具有开创意义。 Due to the relatively low level of verification of civil aircraft tests in China,the existing integrated test benches such as iron birds and avionics have large investment and long development cycle,and the laboratory integration test can not install test equipment for test flights,forcing the existing aircraft main manufacturers to find new integrated verification means to reduce costs and reduce the gap between laboratory tests and test flight tests.Based on the definition and design principle of aircraft in the ring(AIL),this paper makes a comprehensive investigation,technical scheme and difficulty analysis at home and abroad,and draws lessons from the experi?ence of foreign aircraft grade integrated verification test,combs out the technology route and key technology of aircraft in the ring com?prehensive verification,and finally completes a set of aircraft in the ring test scheme.It provides theoretical support and technical sup?port for promoting the development process of civil aircraft model and carrying out a comprehensive and effective ground test on the ma?chine of the whole machine system.
